Booking Terms & Conditions
If you use milimo Brisbane Limousine Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below.
COVID-19 Mandatory Hotel Quarantine.
We pick up clients arriving on Domestic or International flights or any Port in Queensland and transport them to Hotel Quarantine or directly to the Shipping Port.
The chauffeur will provide assistance with luggage, if assistance is required, please advise as part of your booking request.
Clients are required to wear masks for the duration of the trip (for children, masks are optional) or as per the Harbour Masters direction. We do not make rest stops en route and we suggest that all clients use the restrooms at the airport before the start of the journey. For any other rest stops, we do not use public facilities.
Clients are asked to use hand sanitizer on entering the vehicle.
Masks are available for clients if needed. No extra charges for delayed flights.
Any amendments to your booking after confirmation can only be accepted subject to availability. milimo Brisbane Limousines Service reserves the right to charge an amendment fee in respect of any change to your booking, in addition to any other applicable charges in relation to the amendment.
Check and verify the above booking confirmation, that the details are accurate & correct.
Any alterations or changes should be advised to our office at your earliest convenience as any diversions or additions to the above booking will incur additional charges.
Cancellations of Transfers 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will incur full transfer charge.
Cancellations of Transfers 8 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time (outside business hours) will incur full transfer charge.
Cancellations for specialised transport for as stated below with Corporate Functions, Weddings, School Formals and General Hire – Payment and Cancellation Requirements such as Bentley, Stretch Limousines & Buses will incur full or part charge.
The client is responsible to ensure the luggage carried will fit in the requested vehicle type. In the event the luggage is in excess of the vehicle capacity, any further costs incurred to transport the excess luggage is at the client’s cost.
Where a Pandemic is declared by the WHO, postponements are applicable and can be rescheduled, via email to: email@example.com.
Deposits and Cancellations*
Deposits of 50% via credit card are required to confirm a booking. In the event the booking is cancelled, this must be communicated via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Corporate Functions, School Formals and General Hire – Payment and Cancellation Requirements
A 50% deposit is required on all bookings for each vehicle hired, with your booking being confirmed when deposit is paid. Credit Card, Direct Debit is required as confirmation to secure your booking. The balance of the hire fee is due and payable 7 working days prior to the date booked for your event. If you request cancellation of your booking, the deposit will be forfeited to cover cost and losses incurred by the company. You must notify us in writing should you wish to cancel your booking. Cancellations within 30 days of your booked event will require full payment. All deposits and payments are non-transferable.
Wedding Hire – Additional Cancellation and Schedule Requirements
Cancellation must be received 90 days prior to the booked wedding date in writing. You must advise us of the cancellation by Email. The deposit will be forfeited to cover cost and losses incurred by the company. If cancellation is received within 90 days of the booked wedding date, the total hire fee will become payable in full. All deposits and payments are non-transferable.
Once you have confirmed and agreed your booking sheet outlining your Schedule for the day, any required changes must be notified to us in writing 30 days prior to the booked wedding date. In the event that we are notified of any changes within 30 days of the booked wedding date, we reserve the right to refuse any such changes due to previous bookings scheduled.
We will always endeavour to accommodate our clients who require excess time with our vehicles. Where possible, the vehicle will be made available for as long as possible after the specified period of your reservation. Waiting / over time will be charged in 10-minute increments as per our standard fees.
10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute for Sedans and Mini Buses and $2.20 per minute for Mini Buses.
Airport Pick Ups: Waiting time will apply 25 minutes after touchdown of the scheduled flight arrival time. In the case of lost luggage where the driver is required to wait, waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute for Sedans and $2.20 per minute for Mini Buses.
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if your flight is cancelled. If there are any delays in customs at the International Terminal, you must contact us as soon as possible to inform us about the delay and we will wait for up to one hour from the time your flight has landed. After which waiting time applies (subject to availability). In this rare case, if you fail to contact us and no communication has made you will forfeit your full fare. Due to conditions outside our control you will need to seek recourse from the party responsible for the delay. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover such incidents. If you miss your connecting flight and you are now coming in later flight, please inform us via our bookings line number for the confirmation of the change. If you are emailing us about the change of pick up time, please ensure that you have received the acknowledgment of the email and Confirmation of the change (subject to availability).
If your flight arrives early, we will make sure that our driver is at the airport as closer to the time possible. As all the cars are rostered and in some situations you might have to wait if your flight has arrived early as this is unpredictable. As we track all the flights, we will make every effort to pick you up as soon as possible, however we cannot guarantee this. As a guidance most of the time on domestic airport average pick up time after landing is 10 minutes to 20 minutes and at international it can take up to 25 minutes to 45 minutes.
Failure to arrive at the time / place of booking without an emailed cancellation notice and receipt of same from us will result in “no show” thus entitled to 100% forfeiture. When you arrive at the Airport please make an endeavour to locate our driver; refund will only be provided if our driver fails to reach your pick up point but no refund will be considered if the driver is at the pick-up point but you fail / neglect to contact or locate him/her.
milimo Brisbane Limousine Service reserves the right to substitute any vehicle with an equivalent vehicle or refund in full any amount paid if we are unable to provide pre-booked vehicle due to conditions outside our control (e.g. Road conditions, storms, breakdowns)
In the event of payment via credit card, milimo Brisbane Limousines Service will charge an additional fee of up to 2.5% of the value of the booking according to the type of credit card used.
milimo Brisbane Limousine Service has no liability for any loss or damage occasioned by the negligence, act or omission of any supplier or other third parties. In circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousines / booked Hire vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
At the company’s discretion, the client agrees to be fully liable for all charges that may incur but are not limited to:
$20.00 per broken glassware
$250.00 minimum for each carpet or seat burn
$350.00 Sanitation fee (due to sickness interior or any soiling)
$100.00 Detailing and wax (due to sickness exterior)
$300.00 minimum for each act of vandalism
Food / Alcohol & Illegal Substances / Materials
Are not to be consumed on any vehicle without prior approval. In such circumstances, payment of a bond may be required to cover the risk of damage to the vehicle. You’re responsible for any damage is in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You are responsible for any charge levied by a supplier in respect of any damage caused to a vehicle as a direct result of your booking. You will not be responsible for payment where damage was caused by the actions of any employee of the supplier. In all cases, the driver of any vehicle will have the discretion to stop the vehicle and disembark those passengers engaging in unacceptable or unruly behaviour.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Prices are current at the time of quotation and subject to availability at the time of booking. All quoted prices include GST. milimo Brisbane Limousines Service reserves the right to pass on, without notice, any increases that may occur in any applicable airport charges, road tolls, entry fees or parking charges.
You agree to indemnify milimo Brisbane Limousine Service for all loss or damage, penalties, fines, expenses and costs (including legal costs) which arise out of or relate to your use of this website, any information that you provide to milimo Brisbane Limousine Service via this website or any damage that you may cause to this website. This indemnification includes, without limitation, liability relating to copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy and trademark infringement.
All accounts have terms of 14 days net and will be invoiced monthly.
All accounts are due and payable within the trading terms unless prior written permission approval has been granted by Alucomp Sales Pty Ltd T/As milimo Brisbane Limousine Service for any extension credit service necessary.
Any account breach more than 14 days past the invoice due date will be sent for collection and all costs associated with collection will be added to the debt.
Accounts over 30 days will incur a surcharge of 6% per on the overdue balance charged monthly.Return To Home
