Sean and Jayne’s St Stephen’s Cathedral Brisbane City Wedding
You know what I love about weddings? Every single wedding is different.
Jayne and Sean’s wedding day arrived and we met them at W Hotel in Brisbane. If you haven’t visited this hotel, it is super funky! They have some really cool architecture, artwork and the hallways and elevators are decorated with glow-in-the-dark murals of bugs! And Jayne and Sean, being the awesome couple they are, were happy to indulge the photographer Alison Cooke Photography in her ideas for photos. We here at milimo enjoy working with her as we make a great team.
As their ceremony was so late in the afternoon, the timeline for the day were discussed. If Alison was to do wedding photos the traditional way, after the ceremony and family photos, we’d soon run out of daylight. We are always happy with whatever conditions are thrown at our way too so we work in with the Photographer. Mixing it up for the wedding photos in Brisbane. The ‘first look’ or the ‘reveal’. This is when the bride and groom see each other before the ceremony. It’s a great icebreaker for nervous couples or in this case, couples with limited time for photos.
